vacation homes: what to expect
something extra special ...
These homes represent some of the newest and most attractive properties available in
Orlando. All are situated within 15 minutes drive of the main Disney entrance and come
complete with all the luxuries you associate with American living.
All of our houses contain the following without exception. Check each individual
listing for extra items.
- Kitchens are furnished with top of the range appliances including:
- a fridge/freezer with ice maker
- oven and hob
- microwave
- dishwasher
- waste disposal
plus all the equipment and utensils you need to prepare anything from a snack to a
gourmet meal.
- Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, vacuum cleaner.
- All towels and bedroom linens are provided.
- The deck area is screened with a fine mesh net that allows the sun in (for that
Florida Tan!) but keeps the bugs out. There's a pool-side dining area and sun loungers
are provided for your comfort.
- The lounge has a large colour TV with multi-channel cable TV.
- All homes are air conditioned throughout.
- All doors to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of your children and have two
separate locking devices.
- All pools have heaters; pool heating is available at extra cost.
- All homes have at least a one-car garage, but most houses have a twin garage.
Our homes all have a number of large bedrooms which can occupy at least two people, and
there are plenty of bathrooms and shower rooms to go around.
Although all our homes are of a superior standard, we grade our properties into a number of
categories, so you can opt to go for that extra bit of luxurious comfort.
