This open concept floorplan features a living and dining room immediately as you walk in the front door The dining table seats 6 people. You are then connected to a separate open concept kitchen and family room area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that accommodates 4 people, along with a separate round bar table in the breakfast nook that also accommodates 4 people. On the main living level there is also a separate game room with its own air conditioning system. The game room features a pool table, a ping pong table top that lays on the pool table, and indoor two-person basketball game, a foosball table, a dart board, a cocktail multicade table with classic games such as Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger, Pac Man, etc. Also included for your convenience is a high chair in the game room and a pack-and-play in the master bedroom closet, as well as a removable gate underneath the stairwell, for young guests.
