LIVING ROOM & DINING: ✤ You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home's beautiful interior living area, boasting all-new upscale furniture and appliances. Watch the sunrise on the back patio as you blissfully relax on our patio hammock. The living areas are big enough for everyone to gather for meals with a formal dining area and kitchen dining. room, BEDROOM: ✤ Downstairs by the front entrance there is a queen bedroom, next to that is a bathroom with a toilet sink and a bath with a shower head. There is also a half bathroom with a sink and toilet off of the kitchen by the stairs to the 2nd floor. Upstairs there is a queen bed next to the stairs. There is a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bath with a shower head. Across from the queen bedroom are the 2 twin bedrooms. Both have 2 twin size beds in each. At the end of the hall you have the master bedroom which has a king size bed. This room has it's on private ensuite bathroom which has a toilet, his and her sinks a bath tub and walk in shower You'll have full access to the house! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: IS IT A GATED COMMUNITY? ✦ No. SUPPLIES: ✦ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. CLEANLINESS: ✦ You will feel safe knowing the space is clean and abiding all of CDC's sanitizing recommendations. Providing nothing but 5 star cleanliness! SECURITY DEPOSIT: ✦ $300 (REFUNDABLE) - It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount. SMOKING: ✦ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. DRUGS: ✦ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND! PARTIES: ✦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND! PETS: ✦ Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our property. We are animal lovers ourselves and absolutely adore pets.
